With constant force spring clip 
 | We have replaced a fully moulded brush rocker, with gold anodised aluminium brush
holders, riveted onto a high impact class 'F' UL approved moulded base. |
| The brush holders are 100% broached to provide very accurate brush guides. |
| This new construction provides greater commutation and greater heat dissipation. |
| The variable pressure type wire formed clock springs have been replaced with constant
force springs, greatly increasing brush life. |
| Overall increasing brush life by approximately 50%. |
