 | Our new 1999 'face commutator' brush rocker, is specifically designed to meet the
12Volt DC power tool market. |
| The one piece Bakelite moulded rocker unit has been replaced by 4 broached, gold
anodised aluminium brush holder extrusions to AA20, riveted onto our high impact moulded
class 'F' UL approved mounting plate. |
| This new construction provides greater accuracy for brush guide, creating better
commutation and greater heat dissipation. |
| The variable pressure old type coil springs have been replaced with constant force
saddle springs, greatly increasing brush life. |
| The carbon brushes have been integrated with the wiring connection leads. |
