 | We have replaced the brass strip formed brush holder crimped onto the white moulding,
with a one piece aluminium broached brush holder. |
| The finish on the brush holder is Alochrome 100, for protection. |
| The holder is broached and assembled onto a class 'F' UL approved end cover. |
| The variable pressure old type coil springs have been replaced with constant force
spring clip assemblies, greatly increasing brush life. |
| The end shield moulding has been modified to incorporate the brush holders as a single
piece unit, as opposed to the 3 piece previously design. |
| Integrated moulded alignment pips provide exceptional brush holder alignment, by mould
design. |
| This new construction provides greater accuracy for brush guide, creating better
commutation and greater heat dissipation. |
