We have replaced the white polyester base plate with a Class 'F' UL approved 50% glass filled nylon.
The brass brush holder pressings have been replaced with gold anodised aluminium extrusion to AA20.
Broached tunnel sections provide accurate brush guide, with brush alignment improved by mould design.
Clock springs have been replaced with constant force springs, giving approximately 50% more life.
Interconnecting brush holder wires can be eliminated through the use of copper underside tracking.
Thermal overload protection integrated in the mould base and brush holder extrusion.
